Shipping
All shipments bound for the continental United States will be shipped by UPS. Luxury Imprints’ will use standard ground shipping unless the customer chooses a different option.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the State of Texas will be subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
Payment Methods
All credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments are processed through a secure server.
If you choose not to place an order through our website, or would like to speak directly to a customer service representative, we ask that you contact customer service via email. customer customerservice@luxuryimprints.com
We understand that the details of a customer order are important.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you have 7 calendar days to exchange it for a different item or store credit. For this reason, we urge you to carefully inspect your shipment for damage upon receipt. If, for any reason, you receive an order that you did not place or that is damaged, please contact our customer service department at customer customerservice@luxuryimprints.com as soon as possible.
All returned items must be in new and undamaged condition, packed in the original packaging materials and shipped to the address provided below within the time frames indicated by policy.
Upon inspection of the merchandise, you will be contacted to discuss a replacement item or store credit. Special, custom orders and shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and replacement of any special or custom order.
Warranty
Luxury Imprints will replace or exchange products with defects in workmanship or damage from shipping provided that you contact Luxury Imprints within 7 calendar days of receipt of product. If the items are damaged during the shipping process, UPS will be contacted and asked to inspect the damaged goods and a shipping label for return will be issued.

Products: Many of our products are made by hand and colors may vary slightly.

By using our site to shop and purchase your products online, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any and all damages, claims, and expenses including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of our products.
